About Me

Hello! I am pastry chef Beatriz Delgado. I create custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts for my small at home bakery called Delicioso Delights Bakery.
Since I was a young girl, I would bake with my mother.  I will always watch all the baking shows on the tv such as cake boss. He was one of many inspirations to start this career. Having that family-oriented feeling while baking is the best feeling ever. 
I am studying Hospitality in Baking and Pastry. I got nominated from my class to write an article for my college on my experience as a baking student. See the image below on the article written about myself and my future goals.
